MISSING PACKAGE
I had a package sent to me several weeks ago from USA (tracking: LJ228209050US), but it stills shows it is stuck at Jubilee Mail Centre and hasn't had an update since 28th Oct. I've telephoned customer services and they can't get any fuirther info or contact Jubilee to establish if this has been lost or damaged in some way, so I'm now basically stuck. Does anyone have a phone number for Jubilee Mail Centre???

I just ran your tracking number and the response was
Item Despatched to ‘dispatchToLocation’ - that isn't a normal status. I think you need to claim or complain again to customer services.
