Hi,
I sent 4 packets last week to USA- tracked and signed. All had the same item in. 2 have to got to USA. 2 are still somewhere between Greenford Mail Centre and Heathrow.
RM customer service said they could have been missed and to check USPS- which says they have no label created for them.
Slightly stressed as they are customer orders.
Am I going mad?

Do you mean that they stopped moving when they got to HWDC Langley?

They haven't gone to HWDC Langley- they have both got this notice- so I am concerned that they are already lost! They have had this since 6th November.

The problem is from what I can see they are neither at HWDC nor at Greenford. That is the bit I'm worried about. If for some unknown reason the tracking label came off what would happen? If they haven’t arrived 5 weeks after posting, you should submit a claim. I guess that will be any day now...
