Hi
I have sent a package from the UK to Denmark using international tracked and signed. It was sent on the 25th August and has still not arrived.
So far the only update on the Royal Mail website is:
"Your item has been received at GENT X NSC, Belgium. More information will be available as it travels through the network."
This status was sent on 27th August, and since then......nothing!
Any advice about how to follow this up? I have emailed Bpost to no avail yet!
Any advice gratefully received - thanks!
Simon

I'd tweet @royalmail and see if they could help.
I can't see why it would go through Belgium Post when its destined for Denmark - have you tried their tracking system
https://www.postnord.dk/en/track-and-trace" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
or a global one like 17Track http://www.17track.net/en/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hi TrueBlueTerrier
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I have tried the PostNord system which only has updates up to the 26th August, not the 27th August on the Royal Mail website; Postnord says:
"The shipment has left the sender country"
I have tweeted Royal Mail, and they said that nothing can be done, and it will have to reported as missing for compensation purposes from the 22nd September. I am not really bothered about the financial compensation- there are sentimental items in the parcel, not expensive items.
Belgium Post have yet to come pack to me - it would be great to try to contact the Gent X NSC Depot by email, to at least try to see if they still have the item. But I can't find an email address for the Depot, just a Bpost phone number and fax - neither have which have proved helpful, sadly - the fax does not work, and my French/Dutch is not good enough when I phone!
