HWDC Langley contact phone number
Hello. I need their (working) contact number in order to enquire about a parcel that's been held there since 23rd of July. The phone number that is displayed when searching on Google keeps saying that I've been disconnected. I need to contact HWDC ASAP!

There is no customer-facing contact number for HWDC as far as I know. However, even if there was its doubtful if they could do anything. HWDC act on the whim of Customs, and when customs release an item it normally clears HWDC within 8 hours.
You may need to track a number for customs which some customers have done, but they appear less than helpful.

Thanks for the answer. I will contact HMRC and ask them what's going on then. PS: HWDC not having a contact number or a customer service number is really counterintuitive and just adds to a very bad delivery experience. I'm talking on behalf of all the people complaining about how slow things are going on once a parcel/letter/etc. has reached Langley sorting center... It's like everyone working there is either sleeping or mastering procrastination on a God tier level.
