I've got a parcel with my passport send from Greece stuck in Langley since 12/07, tracking no. RE622429481GR
From what I read there is not much I can do but I need my passport urgently to travel.
I am considering the option of an onsite visit at Langley to ask about the delay, if there is no other way to get an update soon.
What do you think about this?

It's probably stuck in customs, it's not unusual for things to get stuck in customs for a month. Until customs release the parcel to Royal Mail, there's nothing that Royal Mail can do

Thanks for the reply, I am aware RM can't do much.
I was wondering if paying them a visit will and explaining the urgency will help things speed up. Has anyone similar experience (going onset to Langley and enquiring about delaying parcel).
