International tracked letter
Hi there, I am a postman so have checked all aspects I can think of already but maybe someone with international or airport experience could help further. My parents have sent an international tracked/signed letter to Australia. It has apparently left the country according to the last update on June 30th but according to Australia post it has never been received. Any ideas? TIA

It is probably stuck in customs, or seized. One particular issue with Australia is that all cash is subject to seizure and their x-ray machines are very good at spotting it. Was there cash in the letter?

Thank you, they have been in contact with RM and they said most likely to be customs too. No, don’t think there was any cash in there though.Snaggletooth wrote:It is probably stuck in customs, or seized.
