Hi, i availed of a greeting card online via boomf.com, and they specifically said in their terms that for UAE the parcel would be untracked. However, they provided me a package id. Package id is: U0712182.
Would just want to know if there is anyway I can know if it has reached the UAE? Thanks.

That's not a valid tracking number for Royal Mail, it might be just an order number

Yes, i know that. They did not give me a tracking number, just that package id. Is there anyway to check if it has gone to the uae without the tracking number, like, check the recipient’s name? They may be able to do in the UAE but I doubt it, especially with a population of 9.2 million, and no street delivery postal service
