Hi, I bought something from US online and it's been stuck at West PDO (PO BOX) for the past week and a half (according to my tracking number)
I've sent it to my work office, and other than packages, I don't receive any paper mail, so how can I check if I need to pay customs tax, and how?
(I'm assuming you would usually receive a slip about it)

How do you know if you mail is stuck in cutsoms?

How do you know if you mail is stuck in cutsoms?
The grey card would normally come within a few days, I would check with reception/office to see if they have received it and not passed it on to you.
