There are 3 weeks since I'm waiting for my item to be shipped and on the tracking page there are 3 updates saying ARRIVED (MDN) AT HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC ... any ideas why it's happening?
This is my tracking number: RZ256990315GB

Thank you!

What country is it going to? Best guess is that either your country's customs or national postal service/operator is refusing it entry into your country but not marking that it's been refused entry. Does it contain any lithium batteries (and if it does how are they packed within the item?)

It's going to Romania and the package is a keyboard. I think the problem may be that the address is not specified correctly, but the postal code is correct ... what should I do if that's the case?
