ON ITS WAY TO GLS CZECH REP

Hello, parcel was sent from UK on 20th of februrary, the package number is RN375416773GB and according to royalmail, the last message is from 21st february and it says:
"ON ITS WAY TO GLS CZECH REP
UNITED KINGDOM"

Since then, there's no news about the package and GLS doesn't recognize the tracking code.

Could someone tell me please what might the problem be? Could it get stuck at czech customs? Why doesn't GLS recognize it then?

It could be stuck in customs but as GLS is part of Royal Mail I would expect their site to recognise the number. I would either contact GLS via their web page or even try @royalmail on twitter to get an official response.

Hey. To update, on Twitter they said they have no info about the package and if it doesn't arrive by 19th, I will have to make a claim.
Also GLS worker told me the same thing their website told me, that the package number is not in their database.

There's not much else I can do I guess. What a bizzare hopeless situation...

It could be stuck in customs, the Czech Republic now has a very long list of restrictions. What was in the parcel?

Because the user verysadman didn't finished the thread, let me do it myself. Because i'm in similar situation i have checked the tracking number provided. What the surprise. The shipment was handover to GLS Uk only on mid of May and then after 3 days it was delivered to address in CZ. Whats the fault of Royal mail. The shipment stucked somewhere in their facility for almost 3 months. Comparing to the speed the shipments from CN are delivered to me (8-30 days) its a real fault of Royal mail
