Item stuck on Hwdc for days
Hi ! I have got a parcel sent to UK since 21st December. Since than no tracking update . Does anyone knows how long takes for parcels to be delivered once they arrive in UK ? Thanks

As with other posts, it will be stuck in Customs while they do their checks. Once it gets into Royal Mails hands delivery should be 2 - 3 days at most.Bogu1975 wrote:Hi ! It has been with costumes for 10 days now ? Do you know how long it takes . there is no update on tracking ever since .

No, we don’t know. For one thing, certain bags get selected for more checking, so can take longer than other items from the same flight. Plus it generally takes longer at Christmas.

Thanks ! It shows " on its way to Croydon mail centre now . Does it take long to be delivered once it reach Croydon mail centre ?

No, should be 1-2 days to attempt delivery or to leave a fee to pay card (if there are customs charges).

Does royal mail ship/ deliver parcels on Saturdays
I am expecting a item to be delivered via Royal mail . it arrived on local mail centre Friday morning @ 6 : 00 am . Would it be delivered on Saturdays ? Thanks
