Hi,
My small parcel (worth £60) was sent my RM First Class Signed For. It is a ebay item.
We have proof of postage and the tracking number is GK498562295GB.
The parcel was supposedly delivered on Sat 9th Dec at 1.16pm and was signed for.
However, i have NOT received any parcel or any card. I was not even there on Saturday and the Signiture that is shown on the tracking info is NOT my signiture.
We also have CCTV, so we can prove that no one even came to the property on Sat 9th.
Can anyone help with this?
This is an urgent and none replaceable / unique christmas present.
Thanks
Marcus

Help directly no.
We aren't Royal Mail.
But as an insight insists on reporting it and it will be investigated. Request that RM security gets involved as well as they are our police force and are specialists in mail theft.
Also, it may not have been stolen, it may have been misdelivered or, less likely, left with a neighbour. Call Customer Services they should be able to alert the manager and they can identify the scan point on Google Maps.

Or possibly the sender has given you the number of a different parcel. Is Glaisdale Parkway near you?

Our signature-capture devices have a gps lock function.
Previously locally an item has been proven to have been delivered in a different street to the one it was addressed to.
It should be possible to provide a very near gps location of where this signature was captured, from my experience of this.
As said tho, this isn't a Royal Mail site. We're just posties who don't have access to any gps stuff in the system.
