We have an urgent item which is required and it seems to be stuck at LANGLEY Heathrow WDC
It has been there since 14th of November. Can anyone explain why and when we are likely to receive the item.

Explain - No sorry we aren't and official RM Website, we can only offer insight and advice. Same with the date we can only offer insights.
The insight is that unfortunately you have been caught up in the pre-Christmas rush and the Black Friday sales. This means that more parcels are passing through Customs and invariably that's where the delay usually is.
Basically, its stuck in Customs and till they release RM can't start the delivery process.
