Hiya,
Well I've always had an item delivered from Spain to the UK within 5 days, but this time it never arrived, I check the tracking on the Royal Mail site and it says
'Item:
++++++++++++++++++
from Spain
Latest update: Please try again.

Information on your International Tracked item is not yet available.
I checked the Spain website and they says its in Transit, not sure what is going on, any help? Thank you. x

That means that the item is in customs.
You didn't say when it was posted or when it arrived in the UK, so it's hard for us to say if your delay is excessive or not.

It has not arrived in the UK at all, the item was sent from a company in Spain to me as a customer, they are saying they dont know but these things happen, it was posted on Monday and should had arrived today Saturday, I checked track17.com and its saying in transit for 6 days, but it does say accepted, just nothing else happening as usually it says 'dispatched to the point of origin' it does not even say that either, any help? If it's stuck in customs then it'll possibly be stuck in customs for 3-4 weeks. Neither Royal Mail nor Correos have any influence over what gets chosen for closer examination by customs.
