Hi, I have sent a parcel from York to Plymouth last Thursday, it is a medium 1st class. However my customer claimed he didn't have the parcel with him. Is this situation normal since I supposed the parcel should be with my customer by Monday. As I didn't sent it as track, would the session ID on my receipt gonna be useful? Cuz at least I wanna find out if the parcel has already been in Plymouth already or is there any other way I can do?
Thx a lot~~ xxx

Session ID
Ordinary first class is not tracked, so there is no way to check. The session number on a Post Office receipt as an internal PO administration thing, it has nothing to do with the progress of the parcel. All you can do is put in a claim form to Royal Mail if the parcel has not turned up after 3 weeks.
