Items Stuck
Hi I have posted 2 items on the 5/12/2016 that are showing as stuck in American customs for 2 weeks now. They are both Christmas presents that people have purchased from myself from ebay and are now questioning what's happened to the items and asking for refunds. One of the items isn't even supposed to be in America as it is supposed to be sent to Germany but there has been a mix up at the sorting office. I have spoke to Royal Mail but it seems I just have to wait it out? Tracking numbers are RN318594719GB RN318594719GB (the second is the Germany parcel) I'm concerned that both parties are asking for refunds but I'm not sure if the items are lost?

We can't give you much advice about US customs, but a delay of 2 weeks at UK customs is fairly common at the moment.
