Evening all
I am resedent of Russia and sent a parcel to UK. A parcel is "on delivery" since 29/11/16:

29/11/16 06:49 ON DELIVERY WINTON PDO
29/11/16 05:50 ON ITS WAY TOWINTON PDO DORSET MAIL CENTRE
29/11/16 00:53 ARRIVED ATDORSET MAIL CENTRE DORSET MAIL CENTRE
27/11/16 01:29 ON ITS WAY TODORSET MAIL CENTRE HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

The recipient requires a refund for the item. Please, help to find a parcel's location. An tracking informations is RB666640734RU.
