Hello,
It is been almost two weeks they send me a letter from Cyprus. If i don't have it I can not leave England.
It is in Heathrow ye,t according the tracking number. Why is it taking so long? I am starting to worry.

You need to call Royal Mail directly.
Although I suspect its been delayed by Customs for some reason.
