24 hr tracked item stuck at Manchester
Hi, I had ordered a present for a friend who is going home tomorrow, and really wanted to have received by now. The Item was expected to arrive yesterday, it was showing as on route to my local sorting office early hours yesterday. Didn't arrive and no further tracking info all day. Same today, still saying on way to local Delivery office. I am so worried it won't arrive tomorrow. Can anybody help? Thanks.

There have been problems with the tracking system for about a week, so it might actually be out for delivery today.
