Sorry we can't we aren't Royal Mail.

However, as with most queries about Heathrow is most likely stuck in Customs and thats why Royal Mail can't help, they have to wait till Customs release it. Because of the time of year delays are running at 2 - 4 weeks at the moment when items are stopped by Customs and Border controls.

At this time of year there is sometimes a capacity problem at Heathrow Customs and the Mail Centre - they may have moved it whilst they are doing checks - when they do they scan them to keep track of them.
