Hi,
Sent a parcel to Spain on 28th May, used international tracked and signed. RN228382336GB
From 28th May till 4th June, seemed to be stuck at Heathrow?
I've now switched to correos.es and that's just saying - 'Dispatch from the point of origin international office' since 4th.
Was told 3-5 working days for this service, but maybe this is normal?

The service you used has no maximum time on it, 3-5 days is the expected time. A number of things can affect this, including Spain's customs & excise department. From what you say it is probably stuck in customs, but we would have more idea if you would copy and paste the tracking information into this thread.

Yes, it looks like it's in customs. Items between EU countries are not subject to import taxes, which is a large part of what customs do, but they are subject to checks for illegal items. Customs may put some containers of mail to one side for extra checks or just get caught up in occasional back logs.
