I wondered if anyone can tell me what happens when PPI mail is collection when no order has been submitted?
The OBA system has been down today.
I was advised to use the Order Generator. I sent the email but never had a response, so didn't have any paperwork or order number.
The collection driver has taken everything, and said that it will be fine as long as everything is together.
We have some Special deliveries that REALLY need delivering tomorrow.
What are the chances?

Thanks for that.
I did follow the instructions to do the emergency process, but still haven't received an order confirmation/receipt after a week.
I had to hand the post without any paperwork.
The good thing is that the mail from that day has been delivered.
