Hi!
A friend sent me a parcel from London to Oslo on january 28. Royal Mail says the delivery aim is 3-5 working days, but it still hasn't arrived.
Should I consider it lost, or will it eventually turn up?

It's probably stuck at Norwegian customs. This happens a lot, but there are some specific issues with Norway:
People forget that Norway is not in the EU and don't fill in a CN22 customs form, this will probably slow things down;
Norway is very strict about pharmaceuticals, were there any medicines inside?;
Likewise, Norway is very strict about alcohol in the mail, is that what it was?

I know all about Norwegian customs. I have contacted them, and they don´t have the parcel.
And the parcel contains a pair of shoes, so medicines or alcohol doesn't explain the delay. Its been 14 days since it left the UK, and no-one knows its whereabouts. :(
