I am awaiting a parcel which according to the Track and Trace service was accepted at the South Western Distribution Centre at 03:17 on the 2/2/16. Upon checking and at 13:00 today it is still being shown as being processed, nearly 36 hours later. Surely this isn't right.
Or is it?

Depends on what service the sender used as they have different delivery specifications. However 3 am at a DC would probably be too late for delivery on the same day, so I would expect delivery by Friday if it's a 48-hour service.
