Hi first of all happy new year!
I sent a parcel before Christmas, and found out that it was delivered to National Return Centre since the address could not be identified..I wanted to check how long it would usually take for me to get it back? My main concern is that it will get lost somewhere :-(
Can anyone help me and let me know? Thanks a lot.

If your return address is somewhere inside then I would expect to get it back in a couple of months. You can help this process along by completing a P58 form and sending it to Royal Mail.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately there is no address in the box. So the centre staff will not be able to know where I live unless I tell them. In that case, how long does it take usually to get it back? What is the odd that it will be lost eventually, lighly likely?Snaggletooth wrote:If your return address is somewhere inside then I would expect to get it back in a couple of months. Given the fact that there are "44 undelivered items sent to the centre", I am not sure if they could find mine among thousands of items...

If you fill in the P58 and provide a good description then you are likely to get it back, though it will take a few months.
