Hello,
I'm trying to resolve the following issue. Tracking number RF361725823SG - this package was supposed to be sent to Bulgaria (country code BG) but the sender made a mistake and shipped it to UK (country code GB). I see that the package arrived on 29.11.2015 at HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC. What will happen next? The package was sent with a non-UK address - will it be returned or reshipped to the correct destination? I guess the address on the package says Bulgaria, but was just send with wrong destination. I did a few checks and found in Wikipedia the following: "HWDC is one of the most automated postal centres in Europe". Do you know what happens with such packages in a automated center like that?

Re: Question regarding HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
it can go 2 ways - it might be returned to sender or sent onward there is no way to know from a distance - keep an eye on the tracking it will tell you which country its heading towards.

Does it contain any lithium batteries? If it does that could complicate matters

Re: Question regarding HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
It's a cellphone with unibody design - the battery is embedded into the body and is not replacable. I asked the local post office - they thing the guys in the Heathrow DC will reroute the package. I personally think they will either ship it back or destroy it...
