This is becoming a joke, I have had packages from China/Malaysia sitting there since 6/11/15.
So many others have problems also with missing packages etc - I think you have some thieves operating there, inside or outside.
And these are low value bar one, before it tracked to LANGLEY HWDC, now it just says;

None of them are valid tracking numbers for either Parcel Force or Royal Mail. All four are probably stuck in customs. Until customs release the items to Royal Mail, there will be nothing that Royal Mail can do. It can often take things a month or more to clear customs, getting nearer to xmas it'll probably be taking all stuff longer to clear customs
