I can not get information about sending RU958085295GB by tracking sent to Australia, even though the country getting Russia. Tell where now my parcel and when I can get it.

If its gone to the wrong country then Australia will send it onwards. Just a reminder we are not Royal Mail so we can't give you official help or assistance.
