Track number RB006969141RU
Now tracking: 03/09/15 11:55 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
Today 16/09/2015 but a letter has been not received.
Please help me. It is very important. Please help to find a letter.

There is often delay with customs clearance but not this long.
Hopefully, if correctly addressed, it will arrive in a day or two.
