Hi there, I have a piece of mail which I think is on its way to me but I'm a little confused, when I track the mail it says the following:
02/09/15 20:08 ITEM COLLECTED MEDWAY MAIL CENTRE
Does that mean they think the item is in my possession? Or that my local post office has collected it from the Medway mail centre? Kinda panicing because the delivery item wasn't cheap...

It means it's at the Mail Centre,due to be sorted to be then sent to the office where the delivery address is.
