Hi everyone,
I'm a bit stuck at the moment. I had a delivery sent to me on the 3rd of June and I'm still waiting on it. My tracking number is RS 0510 3355 5GB.
When the sender contacted Royal Mail on the 25th they said that it was delayed because a label on the batch came off and that it is now on its way.
However when I track the delivery nothing has changed it still shows:
04/06/15 01:02 RECEIVEDUNKNOWN BAG - MISSING DUN HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
03/06/15 18:41 DESPATCHABLE TOHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
Will anything change when it's being put on a plane? Or is this the only information I will get until it lands in Australia? I need this delivery by Friday so am getting a bit desperate trying to find a way to properly track it. I would of assumed it would have said something about at least dispatching from Heathrow to its destination but still nothing.

dependant on what tracking service the sender used you MAY be able to track it at AusPost when it arrives in country.

I am having the same issue here in South Africa and still haven't received a package which was sent on the 12/5
Have you had any luck finding your package?
The status of mine is still:
Status: It's on its way
