Parcel stuck; not delivered even after 3 weeks

Hi, I ordered something off ebay and noticed that my parcel isn't changing it's status.
My tracking code is: RU915132546GB

I have checked http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails here and it shows that it has been "DESPATCHED TOVILNIUS LITHUANIA" twice but that's it, there isn't any new information since 16/04/15, which is more than two weeks (18 days).
I also checked in my countries postal tracking service which is http://www.post.lt/en/help/parcel-search but still, the website tells that there is no parcel with such tracking code.

By the way, parcel was sent at 13/04/15, which is three weeks. In RoyalMail, it is stated that delivery to Europe countries takes 3-5 working days, and to the rest of the world, 5-7 days.

Thanks, I hope someone can really help me out and tell me what's wrong.

You should contact the seller to get them to either refund or replace the item, it may still be on it's way but definitely looks like there was a problem with the item if it's taking so long, depending on what service used it may not be tracked at all in your country
