Hi, I'm not sure whether this is the correct place for my enquiry, but I had a package flown into the UK yesterday, (7/04/2015) and when checking tracking on Royal Mail's site, it told me that my item had been processed through sorting then said: 'DESPATCHABLE TO OFFICE UNKNOWN' which has confused me, do I have any need to worry?, my tracking number is: LZ806735537US
Advance thanks to anyone who can help put my mind at rest.

No it shouldn't - that's a fairly standard status - its more of an internal message rather than a Tracking status. However, keep an eye on it and it should show movement once its passed the various Border protocols.
