Hi there,
Have been waiting for a parcel from Turkey for over 10 days...
Sender has given me a tracking number of RR110249118TR.
RM track and trace shows no info, however sender has checked with Turkish Post and they say it left Turkey on 25th March....yes one full week ago!
RM Customer Service told me that I could try call HMRC to find out if it was stuck in customs, but could give me no further info.
Any one able to check at HWDC to see where my parcel is.....or perhaps is it stuck on a rowing boat midway across the English Channel...

items can take upto a month to clear customs at HWDC, no way to find out where your exact parcel is at apart from the track and trace and evn then it may only show as arrived at hwdc, it all depends on what agreement royal mail has with the sending postal operator if there will be any scanning at all once it reaches the uk
