Missing Package

Post by deltafin »

Fed up trying to find the correct place to search for my missing package, just end up going round in circles with nae positive contact available so I i trying on here to see if I can get a responce.
Package tracking No. RN079627562GB sent from Fife Post Office on 18th March, arrived OE O'Hare Depot Chicago on 20th March , no further information of the package being sent to FDNA centre Texas. So where is the package and why are no shipping details posted on the tracking service as it has definately not arrived at its destination. Is there anybody in your organisation that can find it for me????

Moved to customer forum.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Not officially no, as we are NOT an official site.

However the USPS website says that your item is a Registered Mail item, therefore it won't be scanned until delivery so USPS (and therefore Royal Mail) won't know where it is till its delivered.

Inside knowledge now not official advice. If registered mail is like our Recorded/Signed for it may have been delivered but because of the volume of signed for items they receive, it may take a few days to update on the system. DVLA, Passport office sometimes suffer this delay in the UK, the FDNA may be the same in the USA.

Have you tried emailing them to see if they have arrived, it may have done so.

Many thanks for your info, and yes I have been in contact with FDNA , not received, Concerned that it is now 10 days since it arrived in Chicago and not moved to Texas.
