Had Royal Mail send a package to the US for delivery in Philadelphia, package was sent on the 7th of March and still have no update from either Royal Mail or USPS as to the status or location of the package!!! Had birthday gifts coming in 2 weeks before hand that are now late. This is all Royal mail has:
07/03/15 AM DESPATCHED TOKENNEDY NEW YORK UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
07/03/15 AM DESPATCHED TOKENNEDY NEW YORK UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
04/03/15 03:23 RECEIVEDUNKNOWN BAG - MISSING DUN HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
03/03/15 18:15 DESPATCHABLE TOHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC BIRMINGHAM MAIL CENTRE
And USPS has had this for 2 weeks with no update:

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
This is the SECOND time i have gotten screwed by Royal mail and/or USPS on shipments going to the eastern seaboard!!
Anyone have a similar event and still get their good??

According to that tracking it's in the US, no idea if it's been released by US customs to USPS. Might be worth the person meant to be receiving it calling US Customs and their local delivery office in case it's stuck in either of them places

Tried that. US customs is an ABSOLUTE joke. No one answers the phone and cant give info on individual packages....WTF!
