Is it possible that a letter sent from St Helens, Merseyside to Streatham, London could have a 'JUBILEE MAIL CENTRE' post mark.

Many thanks

Yes, occasionally Mail Centres will postmark a letter towards its destination instead of or as well as where its from.

Many thanks. That's very helpful. Also, if you receive a letter with no postmark but a biro cross over the stamp, what does that indicate?
