I sent wedding invitation cards on February 2nd.
But the item has arrived at UK on Feb 6th and it is not at Heathrow Worldview DC.
Could you please explain to me why the item has not been delivered.
Please hurry because she needs her cards to arrive on time for her wedding.

We are not an official site so this is not an authorised answer, but it may be that it has been delivered but not tracked - I'd contact the receiver to see if they have received it - or you could contact @royalmail on twitter with the \tracking number - they may be able to give you an official answer.
