How long should standard letters/packets take on average to international destinations. Europe & ROW

Depends entirely on the service used http://www.royalmail.com/price-finder" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
3 days is fastest and most expensive (Europe)- 3 months the longest and cheapest (ROW)
Average letter 5 - 7 days in most circumstances.
