Delayed Parcel Item

Post by vphadte »

Hi ,

I bought something online and the seller has used your service a.k.a the royal mail to deliver my product but its been 20 days , and i haven't recieved anything. When i put the tracker number all i have been getting is despatched overseas. Now if you arent willing to help, atleast tell me who is your relevant service provider here so i can try and track the product. This is ridiculous from UK's best provider or atleast known to be....

This is not an official site and we have no affiliation with Royal Mail.. Despite your attitude we would like to help, but you haven't told us where you are so its impossible to say who Royal Mail would use.

Hi,
I have a letter what still hasn't arrived yet.
it came to Heathrow (GBLala) on 13 of September from Hungary. We complaint, but they don't care...maybe lost...Really? It's very important for me.
Anyone can help? Someone working there? Please!
Thank you!

if from 13 September - its probably lost. However, you can't claim from Royal Mail, only Hungary's Post office can, they will do this when you, or the sender start your claim with them.

So that means a kind royal mail staff stole my documents...shame on them...so s... service and people...I don't know why they can do this...so upset...in Hungary they said it's lost too...but of course royal mail didn't answer for them. I just believed there is chance to get my letter as important documents are inside...

Oh thanks we help and you accuse colleagues of theft :so there

Could be any of the following or a combination of them.

Address incorrect.
Address damaged in transit
Incorrect or missing postcode.
Envelope damaged.
Card Left with other mail but addressee misses it and its get returned to sender.
Hungary Post Office lost it
Royal Mail lost it.
Accidentally destroyed when going through machine.
Item did not comply with the restrictions or laws.

I get angry when people automatically think its theft, its just as bad as racists calling everyone from Hungary scroungers. Its not on and its hateful.

It was two addresses on it...so they should sent it back to Hungary then...it's not the first time...it's so annoying. You pay for nothing plus lost documents...and why royal mail can't answer months now...I understand u but when in the phone they say maybe lost...what an answer...it's not serious at all. Why I can't contact with Heathrow depot?

HWDC doesn't have any customer facing positions, even within management. Its like a car manufacture, you can't contact the factory direct if brakes fall off, you contact the nearest service centre. Whilst I am not here to defend RMs policies, Royal Mail Customer Services is, unfortunately, the only contact available to customers.
