Hi,
I been searchiing on Google for the best/cheapest DSA Provider as i want to send around 20,000 letters monthly, this forum came up in the results as i read a few posts about people having an issue with a DSA provider (didnt say which one) and it was taking 2 weeks for some mail to be delivered. But im wondering if anyone can tell me of any good DSA providers that are good and offer a cheap rate.
If anyone could help me that would be great.

If your letter output is going to be 20,000 a month, have you actually considered asking Royal Mail for a quote?
DSA companies offer competitive quotes but still use us for delivery because they cannot afford to put feet on the street. If your output is time sensitive, remember that DSA companies bear vehicle capacity and efficiency in mind when distributing and delivering to us for forwarding whereas we don't delay mail for any reason.
To our mind as Royal Mail employees (or ex in my case) there are no "good" DSA companies as all simply collect and eventually deliver to us when convenient to them.
