I posted a parcel from India to the UK, 4th August. Royal Mail track and trace states Collected 10 August. My question is collected by whom, as my customer is still waiting for his parcel.
If I check with India Post they don't get back to me. Royal Mail will just refer me to India Post. So a little stuck.

At least your's has got further than mine!...my parcel was recieved on the 11th at hwdc and is still there although it only shows on the chinapost website!
