Hello,
I sent a Parcel via first class delivery to the USA (Boston) I did not get a tracking number. The parcel is quite valuable and has not been delivered as I asked the recipient if they received it. What will happen with the parcel, I would imagine either the postage was not enough and it was subject to another charge before delivery or it got stopped at customs for some reason. (It was some custom stationery and chocolate) It had my sender address marked on it. My question is, what will happen with it? Will it be sent back? Can I be refunded for the goods? Any help greatly appreciated!
