Hello, I've been tracking an order coming from Japan to my address in the UK; I checked the tracking details page earlier, and noticed;
31/03/14 10:03 IN ADDRESSEE PO BOX HOVE PDO
31/03/14 06:12 RECEIVED AT PDOHOVE PDO HOVE PDO
30/03/14 08:36 DESPATCHABLE TOHOVE PDO GATWICK MAIL CENTRE
30/03/14 07:27 RECEIVED ATGATWICK MAIL CENTRE GATWICK MAIL CENTRE
The "IN ADDRESSEE PO BOX" part greatly worried me, as I do not own a PO Box.

I have checked all the details on my order, and it is indeed my correct address, no missing details and no mistyped information, so I'm very concerned as to what a PO Box has to do with this; unless the aforementioned PO Box is just a temporary holding before the item or custom charge notice gets put in transit (assumably tomorrow or Wednesday?)

Any information would be really useful; I can't phone RoyalMail as I've no working phone, and I can't walk down there due to having a chest infection. Thanks for your time.

It's a customs charge - be ready for a notice through your door that you have to pay some tax on your item.
