Parcel from Hongkong somewhere in Heathrow

Hi , We ordered an item from a company that is in Hongkong. They mailed us saying

Hongkong post air mail. the tracking number of the package is RC367481086HK

business days to arrive.

Please contact royal mail try to get the package once the shipping info
shows arrive at UK, it will be delivered by royal mail after arrived.

The tracking works as far as it says it has arrived in Heathrow Worldwide DC
on 21/12/13. That is where it all stops. The tracking ref is only good for the leg of the journey Honkong to UK. The parcelforce tracker does not recognise it and so I hit a dead end. I did e-mail a Royalmail enquiry desk a few days ago but have had no response.
Any ideas who I go to or contact to try to trace the item now a rather late Xmas present for my nephew?

its with royal mail not parcelforce thats why the tracking number wont work with them, theres large delays in heathrow, very large, can easily take upto a month or more for it to get through there, best idea is to wait a few weeks and if doesnt arrive get the sender to make a claim in hong kong for it being lost

In any case stuff from Hong Kong isn't tracked anyway
