Post by m23439 »

Hi

I have an item that us coming from Sky. The status of the item is:

arrived at National Distribution Centre on the 2013-12-07 and we are currently processing it.

Further details are shown as:

07-DEC-2013

10:48

Outward RDC Volumetric Acceptance

National Distribution Centre

Does it take this long to process an item, or should I be worrying that its not going to arrive?

Many thanks

It maybe that sky have stated a date it is to be delivered, when they despatched my sky broadband router, it took a few days to go through, but it arrived the day before my broadband was to be transferred. So if you have been given a date by sky for this items arrival I wouldn't worry to much.

Are you sure they're sending it to the right address as well? Sounds daft, but I know of someone complaining to Sky about not receiving their router and they had been sending it to an address she hadn't lived at for 6 years, despite having the right address on her account.
