signed for from norway don't show up on royal mail track&tra

hello, i posted an item from norway to united kingdom 19th of july. when i track the item at the norwegian post site last update is:

Package has arrived in destination country
2013-07-22 19:17 LANGLEY HWDC, United Kingdom

when i try to track it on royal mail it says: The reference number you have entered may be incorrect.

what should i do?

is it normal that post from oversea to UK don't get updated on royalmail.com site?

FAQ #1 at http://www.royalmail.com/personal/inter ... signed-for has a list of countries where International Signed For items sent from the UK are tracked electronically. Norway isn't on that list unfortunately. It might be fair to assume that these agreements would be reciprocal so if UK items don't get tracked in Norway then Norwegian items probably won't get tracked in the UK.

The tracking page at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails might give more details

Yes, when I track it on that page I get som info: 22/07/13 19:17 RECEIVED IN UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

How come it can be tracked on http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and not on http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ?

So I guess the status will be changed when it arrives to final destination?

Not sure it helps the OP but all ISF items into Norway and all Scandinavian countries are comprehensively tracked into the receiving country.
