Hello my name is Max. I live in UK and sended a package to Italy one week ago. I received a number in order to chekc the status. Since three days its still the same status:
Your item, posted on 24/01/13 with reference R.........GB has arrived in MILAN ITALY and is being processed for delivery.
Is it normal that it takes so long?

The Italian Postal Service has a website where you can type in the Royal Mail tracking code.

My Italian isn't great but a guess would be arrived in Milan on the 28th of January,despatched for delivery 31st January.
It looks like it may have been delivered today...but that is a guess.

It won't show any of the other details and if it hasn't been delivered yet all you will get is your original message R.........GB has arrived in MILAN ITALY and is being processed for delivery until it has.
