Important information about the Royal Mail website

We’ve listened to customer feedback and made improvements that will cater for both your business and personal needs. Our new website has been redesigned to help you find the services and information you need with ease.

So what does this mean for me?
Your journey through our website, whether using it for personal reasons or conducting business, will be a much smoother experience. We’ve made it easier for you to find information about our products and services and how to buy them.

We’ve also thought about how important it is for you to get the information you need first time without having to email or call us, unless you want to of course. If you do, we’ve made it easier to find out how you do that too.

Getting ready for the big day
In order to get our new website ready we will be closing the current one down on Saturday 26 January at 9.00am and we aim to be back up and running early Sunday morning.
