Hi All,
I had a parcel sent to me from Japan and when I use the tracking number given it advises me that the parcel was delivered on Tuesday the 9th of October at 9.06am. Now this is rubbish as I was at home all day on Tuesday. I have asked my neighbours and nothing has been left with them. The item was sent by registered mail so should there have been a signature needed upon delivery? It says it arrived at Langley on the 5th and delivered on the 9th. I don't think there are any customs charges on it as I can't trace it on Parcelforce. Any ideas at all?
Thanks.

I think there has been a misunderstanding. What bringon was asking was have you checked the tracking system and does it mention a Delivery Office and if so is it your local one. Royal Mails full track and trace system can be found at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Mightyi wrote:I haven't had a recorded delivery slip through saying its being held at my local post office.
